Quality Management
At MCH Property Services Pty Ltd we realize that providing a quality service is the key to contract longevity. We have in place a Quality Program that ensures that our service is second to none.
This program incorporates the following elements:
Quality Performance Meetings
Regular Quality Performance meetings are scheduled between the Contract Manager, Area Manager and the Client.
The frequency of these meetings will vary according to your individual needs, but are usually scheduled on a fortnightly or monthly basis.
Quality Performance meetings enable the client and MCH Property Services to raise particular issues and formulate workable solutions.
Quality Inspection Reports
MCH Property Services Pty Ltd effective evaluation procedure is designed to provide immediate and timely feedback to both your company representative, and our operational team, on the key aspects of cleaning and customer satisfaction.
The evaluation process is also used as a quality control tool for the on-going improvement of cleaning and customer service.
These reports are customized to site specifications, and provide a comprehensive evaluation of individual cleaning tasks and Key Performance Indicators.
The Area Manager and Team Leaders will conduct Performance Evaluations on a daily basis. Once completed these evaluations are forwarded to MCH Property Services Pty Ltd management for their analysis of the feedback and an assessment of any remedial action that may need to be taken by MCH Property Services Pty Ltd P/L.
Performance Reviews
Every six months MCH Property Services Pty Ltd evaluates our staff performance, based on the Quality Inspection reports.
This information is compiled into itemized Performance graphs (pictured above). This makes it easy to pinpoint areas of concern.
The Performance Reviews include workable solutions to particular problems and provide a visual reference so that areas of concern can be monitored over the entire contractual period.

Staff Productivity
Another part of MCH Property Services Pty Ltd strategy in the pursuit of service excellence is our Quality Management inspections (by MCH Property Services Pty Ltd management) of each MCH Property Services Pty Ltd cleaner’s work.
This ensures that MCH Property Services Pty Ltd is constantly monitoring the standard of work being performed by our staff.
MCH Property Services Pty Ltd believes that regular inspections of the cleaning being performed are an important aspect of the Quality Management system.
Occupational Health & Safety
This policy recognises that the health and safety of all employees within MCH Property Services Pty Ltd P/L, is the responsibility of company management. In fulfilling this responsibility, management has a duty to provide and maintain, so far as is practicable, a working environment that is safe and without risks to health and safety.
Management seeks co-operation from all employees in realising our health and safety objectives and creating a safe work environment. All employees will be advised, in writing, of agreed changes and arrangements for their implementation. We have recently introduced and implemented a new policy for Occupational Health & Safety and have issued out this booklet to all staff.
We have a point of contact that specialises in workplace safety. The staff member is on hand to clarify any queries related our OHS policy and ensures that all our safety procedures are being followed. This staff member ensures there is strong communication between staff.
Environmental Health and Safety
MCH Property Services Pty Ltd is currently taking steps toward achieving AS/NZS ISO 14001: 1996 Environmental Management Systems certification.
An Environmental Health and Safety policy has been designed to replace the existing Occupational Health and Safety policy at MCH Property Services Pty Ltd. Rather than focusing the individual person, our Environmental Health and Safety policy will incorporate safety of people and their working environment.
The desired outcome of this policy is an effective management system of occupational health & safety and environmental policies. Bringing with it an increased awareness and focus from individual employees at MCH Property Services Pty Ltd, to maintaining the safety of the individual and the work environment.
Health GuardTM
Indoor environments often concentrate chemical and biological contaminants. The most common biological contaminants are the bacteria, fungi, molds, pollens, dust mites, arachnids and insects. HealthGuard™ protects against dust mites – a major cause of complaints such as allergies, skin irritations, asthma or other respiratory diseases.
Often these biological contaminants go unnoticed. House-dust mites are tiny transparent creatures that you can’t see without a microscope Dust mites live in mattresses, sofas, carpets and all the synthetic and natural fibres found within buildings.
Research has shown that many debilitating respiratory diseases – such as asthma and allergies, are directly related to household fungi, bacteria and micro organisms.
HealthGuard™ scientists have developed a multi-function anti-microbial product which simultaneously works to inhibit a broad spectrum of bacteria, fungi, moulds and house dust mites. The hygiene and safety of a wide range of everyday items can be protected by the application of HealthGuard.™
MCH Property Services Pty Ltd P/L has employed Mike Davey as our onsite Health Guard Consultant and now offers a range of HealthGuard™ services as an addition to their regular cleaning service.
MCH Property Services Pty Ltd P/L offers, as an additional service, the following HealthGuard™ treatments:
- SuperShield with HealthguardTM
- Healthguard Deodoriser for Carpets
- Healthguard Allergy protector for Cushions, rugs, mattresses
HealthGuard™ anti dust mite treatments in independent tests have proved to be up to 100% effective in KILLING dust mites which choose to try and colonise the treated articles.
