Maintenance Services

MCH Property Services Pty Ltd offers a cost effective maintenance service structured to assist building owners and managers to manage their buildings more efficiently and to comply with mandatory  building, fire and health regulations.   A major focus of our service is the management and maintenance of the ‘Essential Services’ (As defined in Part 11 of the Victorian Building Regulations 1994).

The services that we provide include:

  • Perform essential service audits and provide either a one off report or a complete on going management program.
  • Establish preventative or comprehensive maintenance programs for all services ranging from light tube replacement to the servicing of air conditioning systems;
  • Arrange for cooling tower registration, regular maintenance and risk assessment reports in accordance with Health Department and Building regulations;
  • Establish Emergency Evacuation Procedures and conduct on site training of staff;
  • Set up an on going energy audit and reporting service, which can often result in substantial cost savings through the more efficient use of energy resources;
  • Regular monthly financial reports detailing expenditure to date, compared to budget expectations and future projections;
  • A test and tag service for all electrical appliances;
  • Twenty Four hour help desk service to action building faults;
  • Swimming Pool and Spa Maintenance program.
